1. Acceptance

By accessing ScooreIQ (scooreiq.com or our Telegram bot), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. What ScooreIQ is

ScooreIQ is a sports analytics platform. We use machine learning to analyze publicly available match data and produce predictions with confidence scores. We deliver these via our website and Telegram bot.

3. What ScooreIQ is NOT

• We are not a financial service or licensed operator
• We don't accept funds, hold accounts, or process transactions
• We don't provide financial or investment advice
• Our predictions are for educational and entertainment purposes only

4. No guarantee of outcomes

Sports are unpredictable. Our model has a documented performance history (publicly stated 30-day rolling precision), but past performance does not guarantee future results. Any action taken on the basis of our predictions is entirely at your own risk.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use ScooreIQ. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement.

6. Your responsibility

• Comply with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction
• Don't use our analytics for activities that are restricted or illegal in your region
• Make decisions responsibly. Use only what you can comfortably afford

7. Affiliate disclosures

ScooreIQ may occasionally feature links to third-party products and services relevant to sports content. We may receive a commission from referrals. Commissions never influence our predictions or analytics. Our model is independent and data-driven.

8. Intellectual property

All content on ScooreIQ (including model outputs, designs, copy, and branding) is owned by us or licensed for our use. You may share individual picks with attribution, but bulk redistribution of our outputs is prohibited without written consent.

9. Service availability

We aim for 99% uptime but offer no SLA on the free tier. Predictions may be delayed during major sporting events due to data feed lag. We reserve the right to suspend service for maintenance or model retraining.

10. Termination

You can stop using ScooreIQ anytime. Just block our bot or stop visiting the site. We may terminate access for users who abuse the service (scraping, redistributing predictions commercially, harassment, etc.).

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScooreIQ is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any losses (financial or otherwise) arising from use of our predictions.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable European Union law. Disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction where the service is operated.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via our Telegram bot. Continued use after changes = acceptance.
